  I've had Allstate for over 5 years now and I recently moved and had to leave my prior agent. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever received from an Allstate agent and they were very unprofessional. I couldn't even make my payment after calling ahead for their business hours and being told they were open. The Manager Chris then scolded me that that location is currently closed because the ladys husband had died and they had bigger problems than my complaining, all I asked for was an email confirmation of my agent transfer after being shuffled around all day,misinformed and waiting for call backs from people I was later told dont even work there but whom I talkedto all morning. Save yourself the headache and pick another location.

  I have worked with Sunny Riley numerous times and she has always been prompt, professional and provided exceptional service. Big shout out to Sunny and the Peterson team on all my insurance needs

  I have had a lot of insurance companies and have heard it all but Keisha with Peterson Insurance knows her stuff. She went above and beyond to make my insurance shopping easy. I definitely recommend getting in touch with her! You won’t be disappointed!
