  We have had insurance thru this location for 15+ years. We first got it when it was owned by a different agent. We had no personal interactions with Scott until recently. We no longer live in Idaho Falls and called to request that our agent be changed to one more local to where we currently live. Scott was very unhappy about this request and was snippy and rude on the phone call with me. I was at the new agency when I called and I told him that they just needed him to fill out a simple online form and it would be done. He told me that he wasn't sure how to do that, as he didn't often have other agencies "poach clients". I told him they were not poaching us, we had gone to them and wanted to switch for our convenience. Over a week later, he had not filled it out. We had to call the Allstate 800 number to start the change of agents. I was very unhappy with his attitude and unwillingness to help me with my request.

  I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from Scott. When we ran into issues with an auto body shop, he immediately stepped in and resolved the problem with professionalism and efficiency. Even months after we moved out of state and knew we needed to find a new insurance broker, Scott continued to go above and beyond—helping us find a new agent and quickly sending a copy of our policy when we couldn’t locate ours after the move. His responsiveness and dedication truly sets him apart.
