  Well around this part of Idaho or this part of the country, Allstate is number one in insurance for your car. The price isn't too bad either.

  Truthfully I would give Scott Agency 5 stars. I would give Allstate 1. I have had Allstate insurance for over 30 years in 2 states. Scott Agency is the only reason I stay with Allstate. Allstate insurance company is terrible. I personally have had a total of 3 losses over 30 years with Allstate. Each time I have experienced more and more difficulties with Allstate “The Company”. You would think that I was nothing but trouble for them. Yet they take my money over all that time with no problem. I am dealing with a weather related loss at my property. I reported it and sent pictures. The next day, I called because I believe that the issues related to the damage may be exacerbated by the weather. I called Allstate to inform them that I was going to take steps to mitigate additional damages. I was basically told “do what you have to do “. Then I got a phone call from Allstate telling me NOT to repair anything before an inspection was completed and that I would get a phone call back within 24-48 hours. I never got a call. I informed Allstate that the contractor had removed the debris from the property to mitigate any further damage. I was asked and gave the contractor’s name and phone number. That was 3 days ago! I did contact Scott Agency and with their prompting, I did receive a text to schedule the inspection just minutes ago. As of this writing, I do not have an Adjuster’s Name to share with the contractor. My contractor hasn’t been contacted by Allstate. The contractor has photos of the damage before removing the debris. I just gave the contractor Scott Agency contact information. I am very happy with Scott Agency. I’m disappointed and frustrated with Allstate because of the lies and the lack of effective communication.

  Great customer service this agency is so good in fact I moved to Oregon in 2015 and five years later I am still with Scott agency out of Idahofalls Idaho.
