I ended up in an accident, at the fault of another, and Allstate took excellent care of me and they made sure everything was paid quickly. Yes, insurance is expensive and rates are going up, but they are going up for everyone. In a society that is lacking in customer service, I am thankful for an insurance company that provides good service, good product and is professional.

If you want to be treated like trash and have someone gaslight you, then yes, the Neipert agency is for you. Please, there are lots of friendly, professional agents who will actually take care of you and know what it means to be a local, friendly agent. Take your business elsewhere!
