  Cindy is very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. All she cares about is money. She does not value you as a customer or a person. If you want to be treated like trash and have someone gaslight you, then yes, the Neipert agency is for you. Please, there are lots of friendly, professional agents who will actually take care of you and know what it means to be a local, friendly agent. Take your business elsewhere!

  I just got off the phone with Cindy, who I thought was the front desk lady (she’s an agent apparently); she was snarky and had attitude in her voicemail when I was upset about an increase in my renewal policy and called 3 times over the course of a month trying to get details and could not get ahold of anyone (I was left one voicemail / they gave one attempt at reaching out before). When I got on the phone with her she was even more rude, saying she doesn’t have a “crystal ball and can’t predict the future” etc. etc., interrupted me, cut me off multiple times. She is not a good agent, maybe I just caught her on a bad day, but I do not appreciate being talked to like that, especially when she’s getting my money regardless and has only spoken to me once in her life. That’s passive money and you should be working for your customers care and happiness, not giving them attitude when they’re trying to understand what they’re paying for. It’s unnecessary and disheartening the lack of empathy you just showed me you don’t possess. I just paid for 6 months, so 1 years worth of insurance total, and this just may be the last time. My money will go towards insuring my vehicles regardless, but what’s more important is the way I’m treated to the people I’m giving my money to. I think this agency needs to be trained in the modern days world of customer service and inbound marketing… you can def. improve your customer success policies. Extremely unacceptable customer service, if you can even call it that. Enjoy your commission.
