- WGWilliam GraciaDec 30, 20251.0Have a problem with my insurance. Needed them to correct it. Not only did they say they would do their best to correct it, they would call me back and let me know what's going on. Not only did they not call me back. My insurance is still jeopardized. Now they're saying I have to cancel my whole entire policy and lose all the credits that I have been given. because they don't want to do their job.. if they say they're going to do something, they're my insurance agent. I should count on them. Not only did they lie to me about contacting me back but they still have yet to try and fix it.. without costing me a lot of money that they've already taken. So that you're in great hands with Allstate. I think so far is bull crap

This year it took just as long and despite being told directly from Mark that we would get the quote within 2 days. Over 2 weeks later and no return phone calls from Mark or anyone from the office. We looked into going with another company, who gave a quote of $58 dollars (no yearly payment up front necessary) and $690 for full year with more coverage for tools. I suggest people shop around to get the best quote rather than taking Mark Freemeyer and staff's word. He clearly is trying to make as much money as possible of us with no regard to the situation that he would be putting us in.
