- PNPatricia NelsonMar 27, 20261.0Disturbingly deceptive advertising. Got mail marked "PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL" in one of those envelopes you have to unseal by tearing off three side. Inside was solicitation from Tom for homeowner's insurance. Very disappointing to see a professional use scare tactics to get us to open solicitation mail.
- DJDoug JonesMar 6, 20261.0Deceptive mailers made to look like a check prey on people. It is your choice to send a deceptive mailer. In my opinion this is dishonest. Because of this I will not purchase insurance from you or Allstate regardless of the premium price. If you want a person's business you shouldn't need to be deceptive about it. Customer loyalty is based on trust.
