This place is disrespectful. I called to cancel my policy and instead of just canceling they were being very pushy and rude. Then when I finally told them I don’t wanna stick with them, They hung up on me. They don’t try to save you money. The only way to get anything out of them is to tell them that you’re going somewhere else. Just don’t see why they couldn’t help me before I found someone better.I wouldn’t recommend This place for anyone. I’ve been with Farm Bureau ever since, and they are very helpful and professional. They are also saving me way more money with better coverage. And their rates don’t go up if a natural disaster happens in a different state like State Farms does.
