  I highly recommend Keaton. I was initially hesitant when Farm Bureau moved me to a different insurance agent, but after meeting with Keaton in person, I couldn’t have been more pleased. He was incredibly honest and followed through on everything he promised. Since insurance isn’t my strong suit, I really appreciated how thoroughly he explained my current coverage and walked me through the details in a way that was easy to understand. The best part was that he was able to lower my premium and improve my coverage. If you haven’t done the “Super Check” with Farm Bureau yet, it’s absolutely worth your time—even just to review what you have. And if you’re looking for someone you can trust, Keaton is definitely the person for the job.

  I can’t tell you how happy I am that Keaton Graves is our Insurance Agent…the man goes above and beyond for his clients and even makes the trip down south to Marion a couple times a year just to make sure we are happy with our policy!   After deciding that my bundled insurance had not been evaluated for far too long I decided to reach out to Mr. Graves upon recommendation. He agreed to meet me at my home at my convenience, and I immediately dreaded the date not looking forward to hearing an over rehearsed sales pitch from an over eager rep. Immediately, I was impressed by his laid back, yet genuine professionalism. He has a very honest approach and informative attention to details that will leave you feeling knowledgeable and comfortable making important decisions for yourself and your assets. The entire experience was without pressure. After coming to an agreement he was able to increase my coverage substantially at a more lucrative price. It does not stop there. He has now been my agent for almost 2 years which has consisted of many life events that have lead to me needing assistance and adjustments only to be greeted with immediate and reliable service that is so difficult to find nowadays. I can honestly and confidently say if you are hesitant about your current situation or looking to start some where, Mr Graves is a safe, stress-free bet.

He found better coverage at a lower price and explained every detail in plain English. What really stands out is his responsiveness—Keaton answers questions quickly and follows up proactively, even after the policy is in place. Professional, honest, and easy to work with. Five stars!

  When I was in the market for a change in insurance carriers, Keaton answered ALL of my questions and concerns and made sure that I understood the policies as he was presenting me with options. He’s a stand up guy and has checked in with me numerous times. It’s nice to know that he truly has my best interest in mind!
