- DGD.J. GerlingJan 28, 20261.0All State Claims is drastically unprofessional and non-communicative. Never received an adjuster for over a week. No one responded to us for over a month on the personal items we lost. We are still fighting to get our home reconstructed and we're approaching 2 months. They do not show any empathy or want to help resolve paying you out the damages in a timely manner. We pay high premiums in case these type of things happen. Their response time is uncoordinated and they're quick to flip blame and provide excuses.

- KBKairee BishopDec 30, 20251.0I enrolled in an auto policy with Janel in 2020ish. At the beginning, it was great customer service. Always prompt. Now that she has grown, they NEVER answer the phone, call backs take up to a day. AND THE LAST kicker was the rude man (her only male associate), sighing at me over the phone while trying to get a new policy for a different vehicle. Awful experience. And unfortunately, rather than taking accountability, Janel said “he’s had a rough year”. Recommended many customers to her. Now I’ll tell them to stay away.
