- KBKairee BishopDec 30, 20251.0I enrolled in an auto policy with Janel in 2020ish. At the beginning, it was great customer service. Always prompt. Now that she has grown, they NEVER answer the phone, call backs take up to a day. AND THE LAST kicker was the rude man (her only male associate), sighing at me over the phone while trying to get a new policy for a different vehicle. Awful experience. And unfortunately, rather than taking accountability, Janel said “he’s had a rough year”. Recommended many customers to her. Now I’ll tell them to stay away.

- MWMolly WallJul 18, 20251.0One of the most horrible customer service experiences I've ever had. This insidious woman sells products she either knows little or nothing about or just doesn't care. After having a lapse of insurance due to not having a vehicle for a while, as I didn't need one, I purchased a new vehicle & paid an outrageous insurance premium due to what they said was my "lapse of insurance." So, I paid an outrageous amount for 6 months of insurance after being assured I would get an adequate rate after the 6 months. Almost 2 months before my policy was set to expire, they sent me a bill for $217 saying if I didn't pay it my insurance would be canceled. Turns out, my boyfriend was added to my policy without my permission because "we live in the same residence." Not really sure how they can charge me for that without my permission. As opposed to rectifying it, I had to go through multiple people below her just to get the run around because no one could figure out what was going on. I will NEVER do business with Allstate again & I hope this lady gets her just dues, cause I bet she sucks a lot for other people too.
