- DODeanna OwenNov 4, 20251.0I have been a Allstate customer for 30 years, have had 4 total claims my entire time. Our agent has been moved around like no other. However the last two claims we have had, have had no help from Stephen. Current claim has been going on now for 12 days with no end in sight. This is absurd and incredibly frustrating. Allstate claims "Your in good Hands", that is such a lie. Do NOT go with Allstate or Stephen! For the price you pay for auto and home owners insurance, I would expect top notch customer service and you do not get that here.
