  I had damage done on my motorhome from truck going to construction site. I contacted Farm BUREAU about it and they took care of everything. Chad Larkin the adjuster was fantastic to work with in order to get my motor like new again. Tim has always been great to work with also. Thanks Bob

  This place has been a joke since we first came here. Had two vehicles, one only 3 years old we are paying on and they had no clue, didn't even ask so didn't have gap insurance on our forms. Had to put in claim on our car because it was totaled. Filled out forms and sent it back. Car paid but no information given to send in to cover gap on vehicle. Still being charged insurance on that same car that we we no longer have. We have literally had to babysit them and tell them step by step how to do their job. How these people have passed the exam to even sell insurance is beyond me.

  I pay monthly for my insurance. I paid on the 24th IN FULL and it went through. Fast forward to the 28th and I was charged again through automatic payments, which I wasn’t aware I had because I paid early before and it was never an issue. Spoke with 2 different people who didn’t know what the heck was going on, it could take 14 days for a refund so thank you for taking my rent money!! I will be switching companies after I receive my refund

  Tim is great, in one meeting he brought back the joy of buying my house, helped ease anxiety about it, and gave me more discounts than I'd ever know to ask about. Tim also explained every aspect of the insurance and made me feel at home even before closing. Not to mention the coverage provided was better than many places I looked, and trust me I looked, and more affordable than certain companies were going to charge for just my car (I got home, auto for me and my fiance, and life insurance for us as well, about the same as I was being charged for a single vehicle elsewhere) I nearly forgot Tim was my agent and not just an extremely knowledgeable friend.
