  i’ve been trying to reach out to him to get a certificate of renters insurance and I have not heard back from him in over 24 hours. Do not recommend.

  Honestly, less than one star. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had since the Derecho occurred. Little to no assistance from Randy (when I was finally able to get ahold of him) and the information the claims department informed me on was that he was not knowledgeable what so ever as to the entirety of the process. Aside from being a nice guy and selling the policy initially, the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance agent (and I haven’t had many so maybe they’re all like this..). Highly HIGHLY do NOT recommend.

  Mr. Highness is always there whenever I have any questions about my coverage. He always e-mailed me about suggestions about our current policies. During severe storms he makes himself available to answer any questions I might have.

  I purchased insurance online and was forced to make the effective date the next day and they took their payment from my bank the next day. Then when I was able to view documents online 2 days later they showed an effective date 6 days after I purchased it. When I called and questioned it they gave me a major run around and told me I could purchase rental insurance to have an effective date the next day or I could pay $50 more to change it. They were very quick to take my money now I need to wait a week or more for a refund.
