Lori helped me review my umbrella plan for car and home and guided me in raising my policy in areas that were weak. The price increase for different coverages was very reasonable. Lori ensured that I was well-informed by giving me examples of what could happen and by sharing what most people commonly do. I was very pleased with my one hour virtual meeting.

I needed insurance for a condo I’m moving into that would cover my property that is not covered by HOA insurance policy. I did not know where to begin, what should I insure and how much coverage. The first person I spoke to was able to help me. She took the time to hear my concerns and what I wanted insurance for. I was advised what type of coverage I would need for what I asked for and suggested an amount I would be comfortable with. There were other coverages I did not think of that was offered and after a day of consideration I included them. I was emailed a detailed quote the same day. After comparing coverages and cost I decided to go with Margret’s office. Deciding factor was customer service, a person I can get help from and people that make my interests their priority.
