The price increase for different coverages was very reasonable. Lori ensured that I was well-informed by giving me examples of what could happen and by sharing what most people commonly do. I was very pleased with my one hour virtual meeting.

I did not know where to begin, what should I insure and how much coverage. The first person I spoke to was able to help me. She took the time to hear my concerns and what I wanted insurance for. I was advised what type of coverage I would need for what I asked for and suggested an amount I would be comfortable with. There were other coverages I did not think of that was offered and after a day of consideration I included them. I was emailed a detailed quote the same day. After comparing coverages and cost I decided to go with Margret’s office. Deciding factor was customer service, a person I can get help from and people that make my interests their priority.
