  My car insurance with allstate is double compared to my progressive insurance. If things don't change I will be switching. 2nd gripe is my vehicle has been insured by allstate for about 8 years or more with a salvage title when I attempted to insure a 2nd salvage title vehicle my agent said they dont insure salvage vehicles BS. I recommend progressive they were a no hassle straight forward insure my car expirence. Over all my agent sends emails to reach out with any problems when we call he's no help. Hope this helps someone to make a better/ calculated decision.

  Thomas is always right there to help. Myself and my son have policies and he does wonders for us. Love Allstate because they save us a lot of money for the best coverage.

  Tom helped me out big time when I got into a vendor bendor last year. This was my first accident so I really was lost. I called Tom and he picked up right away and pretty much walked me through this. He even came down and gave me a ride since I was right down the road from his office. Now that's what I call taking care of your coustomer.

  Mr. Thomas Choi provides excellent customer service in a friendly and timely manner. I will never change insurance companies. Allstate is the best.

  Thomas has been very responsive and quick to reply when I needed help to change our auto policy coverage! He is very knowledgeable and gets the information to me right away!
