- KAkayla almascoSep 9, 20251.0As a daughter who tries to help my Family out with their claim! After my dad being a loyal customer. service is ALWAYS the worst. For years ongoing issues. please go somewhere else! When you really need them they frustrate you and truly are no there for you.
- MHMichael HallSep 8, 20211.0I have my home, 4 cars, and 1 motorcycle insured by Allstate. In January of this year a bad storm blew off several asphalt shingles from the roof of my house. I made a claim with Allstate. Allstate denied the claim stating that the storm didn't occur--really! check the weather report! I reroofed my house at my own expense. Three month after I reroofed, Allstate cancelled my homeowners insurance policy because my asphalt shingles were damaged. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to make homeowners insurance claims. Why have insurance in first place?
