  His office is either incompetent or rude or too busy to handle new clients with new policy requests properly. I spoke with an assistant and got horrendous service and then called in and spoke with an office manager who promised to get back with me after looking into what happened with my request for service and no call back from her either (YES, I've even waited 3 biz days). I even told the office manager I had a time constraint and needed immediate assistance by Erick Ellgren and of course I did not get any call back from him either (same 3 days).

  We found the staff of Erick Ellgren's Allstate Insurance office very helpful. Especially Lauren Tonjes, who was very responsive, and proactive. She walked us through the somewhat complicated process of a claim, and took the initiative to clarify what we should anticipate following each step.

  Lauren was helpful, understanding, listened, and informative with things that needed adjusting on our policy prior to Kona storm. She’s patient, personable, and after we updated our policy, helped us with a claim for minor water damage from our large windows due to the Kona Storm. Mahalo for your aloha, Lauren! 🌺

  I love Ellgren Agency ..With everyone that we’ve worked with ..Lauren was the absolute best ..She answered all my questions for different policies all within 1 phone call ..He delivery to customer service is with ALOHA ..We don’t get that these days with all the chaos.. Thank you Allstate Ellgren Agency for having such a great asset like Lauren..She also helped My daughter insure her 1 st vehicle..with no judgements or hesitation..Much Much Mahalos

  I must leave this review to let all prospective clients, or possibly frustrated current clients, know that Leimomi is the representative to help solve all problems and answer any questions with knowledge and consideration. I loved my original agent, Jim Green, but he is no longer with the agency and I needed to get help with Title and policy changes before renewal in 5 weeks. The first person I talked to over the phone asked for documentation but then didn’t respond back in over 3 weeks due to a busy schedule. I decided to go online to search for an agent who would have my best interest at heart and, after reading all the positive reviews that Leimomi had, I reached out to her immediately by phone. She too was very busy but that didn’t stop her from taking care of all my needs immediately. She carefully went over my policy changes, processed the Title change to our account and took payment so our current policy would not be dropped. Do not have any hesitation to work with this agency and ask for Leimomi if you want things done right!
