Successful in getting my suspended auto ins reinstated, but the agent I spoke to could not explain to my satisfaction the difference in premium that they were charging. Waiting on a supervisor to call me back and hopefully be able to break it down in a way that clearly shows what I am paying for and where the increase is coming from.
