  Years ago a former work colleague made a statement that an insurance policy is only as good as the agent. I found that to be a sound argument. Phil Kinney Agency has been my agent for homeowners and auto insurance for almost 26 years. One doesn’t entrust their business with someone for that long unless they have total trust in the persons or business that they are dealing with. I have that kind of trust in Phil, Jaime and Haley.
