He has helped me save on my auto insurance in the past and given me plenty of explanations to my question(s)/concern(s). -As someone may have mentioned below, when I call the office I reach an agent that appears to be not local/1-800 agent; and the last time I tried I had a hard time getting someone from the local office. There may be a good reason for this but it is nice when you can reach someone in office. However, when I drove there in person today was able to talk with Cory quickly without an appointment and my experience was great.

She was supposed to call me back after checking my account to see if she could save me money. NEVER did. I called last about 10 days ago. Amy was not in and I spoke to a gentleman, not the owner, that said he would rather leave a message for Amy and she would call me back. NEVER did. I called this AM and left a message before they opened. No return call so I called at 1158 and their recording said they were not available. I never had this kind of issue with the Lashleys. We love Allstate but this office leaves much to be desired. Problem resolved when I got to talk to someone. Apparently they have had an employee out for 40 days.
