  Talked with Cory Martin who answered many questions of mine today. He has helped me save on my auto insurance in the past and given me plenty of explanations to my question(s)/concern(s). -As someone may have mentioned below, when I call the office I reach an agent that appears to be not local/1-800 agent; and the last time I tried I had a hard time getting someone from the local office. There may be a good reason for this but it is nice when you can reach someone in office. However, when I drove there in person today was able to talk with Cory quickly without an appointment and my experience was great.

  I would not recommend Jonathan Williams! Also, I would not even give him one star but I had no other option in order to write this review. It's too bad that Gary Lashley sold his business to Johnathan Williams. On August 6, 2025, I sent a copy of the receipt to Jonathan Williams for the towing of my vehicle. He replied that he needs an invoice which includes the name, VIN of the vehicle, and the amount paid. On August 7, I sent Mr. Williams a copy of the invoice and he replied that this is exactly what he needs and would immediately file the claim. On August 15, I sent Mr. Williams an email inquiring about the status of my claim…..no response. On August 20, I sent him another email inquiring about the status of my claim…no response. On August 25, I sent Mr. Williams another email inquiring about my claim…no response. I stopped by his office his office afterwards and asked him the status of my claim and that I have sent a few emails asking about the status. He told me that he could have sworn that he responded to my email and would re-file my claim. I seriously doubt that! On September 2, I transferred my insurance to another agency and changed my agent. On September 2, later in the afternoon, I sent my new agent a copy of my invoice and the receipt and my claim was filed on the same day. On September 4, a check was processed to settle my claim. On September 8, I received the check. In closing, I would not recommend Jonathan Williams located at 1112 Russell Pkwy., Ste A. Warner Robins, GA 31088. I found out that Jonathan Williams never filed my claim. There was no record of the claim being filed. He is not trustworthy! My new agent saved me almost $100 on my monthly payments, and I received my settlement shortly after signing up with my new agent.

  Avoid. Go anywhere else. They won't help you when you need it. Kid's daddy is an insurance agent and this guy doesn't understand how to work.
