  Miss Paula Brown was excellent she was sooo kind and patient. She explained everything and has great customer skills. She sees you as a person she was so sweet and does a great job at her job. She answered any questions I had and she knows her job.Thank you so much Paula! Direct should give her a raise good customer service is so hard to find these days
