Once I contacted Alvin I informed him of what was going on & I asked him a question he responded with attitude & seemed upset just because I was asking a simple question about my policy. I will no longer contact him in regards to my policy & I informed all state in regards to how I was treated. I am new to the insurance world and I just had a question. He made me feel disregarded & I feel like I was treated badly. I will keep the insurance for now but will contact Allstate customer service from now on.
