  Ken is an amazing human being. He is so patient, professional, and kind! I had major issues getting insured on my end, he made that happen for us with an amazing rate. He even followed up to make sure things were alright. I’ve been in management for 8 years this guy needs a raise. Ken thank you. I also referred my mom.

  This Allstate agent was extremely unprofessional. I was signed up for an additional policy without them stating it was an additional policy. Once I contacted Alvin I informed him of what was going on & I asked him a question he responded with attitude & seemed upset just because I was asking a simple question about my policy. I will no longer contact him in regards to my policy & I informed all state in regards to how I was treated. I am new to the insurance world and I just had a question. He made me feel disregarded & I feel like I was treated badly. I will keep the insurance for now but will contact Allstate customer service from now on.

  Brandy ( NOT SURE LASTNAME) is such an awesome person. I called and she was very knowledgeable and always stopped to ask me questions and if i didn't know them - she pointed me in the right direction. This is honestly the first insurance agent that knew everything i asked, gave me different information to know more about policies , etc. My company is very pleased with her customer service. HANDS DOWN THE BEST !!! I WILL BE SENDING EVERYONE TO HER
