Absolute best insurance experience I’ve ever had. My agent, Liz, was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me get my monthly payment from over $500 to under $200 with incredible coverage still. I can not recommend this office, or Liz enough.

I have been a customer of Tom's for a few years now. Initially I had a policy with some SF agent somewhere in Dekalb whom I didn't even know. It didn't matter much because I was just paying for myself. When my first daughter started driving I realized that I wanted to meet with and know who was taking care of my policies. I searched online and decided to meet first with Tom due to high reviews. I easily set up an appointment and met face to face with Tom and also was introduced to his team. I was thoroughly satisfied with them and switched my policies. Then a year later my second daughter started to drive. OMG! I am a single father who bought them good reliable cars and helps with their insurance but I am not independently wealthy so every amount of saving while getting great coverage is so important. Again, I met with the team and they made it happen. I need to give a very special shout out to Liz who worked tirelessly with me to make sure I was getting the best coverage at the best price. Tom and his team (especially Liz!) provide great and honest customer service!
