It didn't matter much because I was just paying for myself. When my first daughter started driving I realized that I wanted to meet with and know who was taking care of my policies. I searched online and decided to meet first with Tom due to high reviews. I easily set up an appointment and met face to face with Tom and also was introduced to his team. I was thoroughly satisfied with them and switched my policies. Then a year later my second daughter started to drive. OMG! I am a single father who bought them good reliable cars and helps with their insurance but I am not independently wealthy so every amount of saving while getting great coverage is so important. Again, I met with the team and they made it happen. I need to give a very special shout out to Liz who worked tirelessly with me to make sure I was getting the best coverage at the best price.
