  This agency is falsely reporting legitimate reviews to get them removed, which is a violation of Google's terms. I noticed my review that I submitted a few years ago wasn't getting any views, and I realized that it had been removed, so I'm resubmitting it, as the public has the right to know what is happening. Instead of falsely flagging these reviews, how about taking some accountability for your actions? Despite this agency only having a few visible negative reviews, they repeatedly deny that any of these reviewers were their actual customers: "If you have good rates with Allstate, not only are you being scammed, but you probably also don't have enough coverage, either. We had below freezing temperatures recently and everyone's pipes were bursting left and right; I found out that I apparently didn't have coverage for that. I contacted Amel Bibić about it, and he immediately denied everything and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked him for the proof of my coverage, he suddenly went silent. When I cancelled my policy, the refund was supposed to be much higher, and when I reached out to him with concerns about it, he told me, "Call Allstate, don't call my personal number, and I don't work for billing". I just found it funny that he never had a problem with me calling that number before when he was trying to sell me his insurance, especially when he was the one who initially gave me his personal number. When I texted him again about my refund, he came up with a ridiculous story about him cancelling my policy on the 30th of the month, as I requested, but the system pushing it to the 11th because I supposedly had a lien on my house, which I knew for certain that I didn't. I even contacted my HOA management and they, of course, confirmed that I didn't. After contacting the main Allstate Insurance office, I finally ended up getting my full refund. I know that a vast majority of the older Bosnian community come to this agency because they don't speak English that well, but if I'm a fluent English and Bosnian speaker and I got taken advantage of, I can only imagine the lies that he's feeding to those people that don't know any better. Amel will say and do anything in order to sell you his insurance. When I called him out on everything, he blew my phone up and got so beyond defensive and argumentative that I had to block his number. I still have all of the proof backing up everything that I've said in this review."
