  I switched over to Jackie as an agent when another Allstate agent in Loganville wasn't returning my calls and was never available when I needed him. As soon as I switched over to Jackie, her team started contacting me right away. I was able to get the answers that I needed about the insurances I had. Jackie and her staff are very friendly and are the reason I decided to stick with Allstate instead of going to another insurance company. I really appreciate the level of service that I am getting.
