  I've made it clear that I don't like the nonstop emails pressuring me to do business on line. That's not how I operate my personal affairs, and I was clear with Sekitha about this when I first signed up. I continue to receive emails telling me to activate an on line account in spite of my requests to stop this. I was also notified in writing that my policy was canceled after one such phone call. It started with Sekitha needing me to get her a "letter of experience" from my former insurer. When I told her I was unhappy with the constant email badgering, she said 'then I'll cancel your policy' and sent a letter to that effect (ending insurance on 5/29). I had to get my former insurance agent involved to get her what she needed and keep my policy from being terminated Very unprofessional in my opinion. I've had homeowners and auto insurance for 36 years in five states, and this is the worst service ever. It's simply rude, again in my opinion.
