  I never leave reviews but the disdain I now have for Allstate needs to be expressed. The incompetence the agent Kay at this branch exudes is mind blowing. The unprofessionalism, misinformation, lack of knowledge, and dismissive attitude is in no way attributes any employer should want from an employee. I have been with Allstate for years and due to Kay's negligence and misinformation my policy lapsed. In my 15 years of being an insured motorist I have never had this happen. I should have known to not take advice from the unqualified agent when I called on 7/15 and was placed on hold and then called back 30 minutes later due to Kay having a alternate call with scheduling an appointment with her doctor, and that call being more important than her literal job.. which I understand things happen but any employer would acknowledge that is a personal problem not one clients should be victims too. Despite the lack of professionalism and assistance I allowed Kay to call back and discuss my policy. Today I woke up to a email that my policy was not reinstated, When I called today to question the misinformation relayed to me from said agent Kay I received poor customer service and a dismissive apology for the negligence, as if an "im sorry" is going to fix any issues. The damage done is irreparable and I would advise to stay away from this agency until better employees are recruited.

  This is for all allstate insurance company this company is a rip off will give your policy to another agency which is 2 hours away,their agency is not very good at communication and it's my fault, I got a rate increase no one notified me but I was on autopay notice increase could not get anyone on phone so I took autopsy off finally got intouch with customer services they transfer me to a location which is 2 hours away,explained to a lady name kay twice what was going on she has no compassion or understanding at all . After talking to Ms kay I know that allstate is not the company I thought it is. Ms kay told me even if I set autopsy up again I would nit get autopsy discount I would have to wait until I renew in November 2024. All that extra money now I'm good I will not recommend this company or use them again
