And they did not send the new policy to me until it was too late to have my automatic payment adjusted for the corrected annual payment. Worse yet is I still haven't spoken to this agency, they don't answer their phone or return phone calls. I had to go through the actual Insurance Company to amend the policy & I still haven't been reimbursed for my over payment. And my mortgage company has increased my mortgage payments to compensate for the scandalous actions of this agent.
