Auto and renters are a must in this day and age and these are the people you want to deal with. Give them a call if you want to speak to a friendly voice of a local agent instead of some foreign answering service. Very professional office and staff. Hope to keep doing business with them for years to come.

And the last 4 years this office has become completely disorganized. Just a basic stuff that should be handled easily such as phone calls and notices about my policy have been handled horribly. I know this agent personally and I think she's a nice person. I'm not sure what's going on at that office but it is not good! I would warn others who are planning to switch to not use this particular office maybe one of the other ones in Savannah but definitely not this one. At this point I plan to find a new insurance company altogether.
