Time and time again Tom and his team of "professionals" have failed to provide ANY value whatsoever regarding falsely classified "claims", it's so bad all they do is pass you to different parts of the company in different locations, or third-parties, that do not even communicate with one another. Literal JOKE of an organization!!! Not to mention, their quotes and policies are laughable compared to other Vendors that actually care about the people they provide service. STAY AWAY from Tom Palmer and Allstate in general if you value your family and belongings.
