Yesterday around 5 pm, on my way to school, another car pulled out from a parking lot and hit my car while I was driving on the main road. The other driver said they didn’t see my car. I called my insurance right away. My English is not perfect, so communication was a bit difficult, but Johnny contacted me as soon as his office opened and helped me through everything. He took care of contacting the other party’s insurance and explained the process clearly, which really helped reduce my stress. Johnny was very responsive and supportive. I’m really glad I chose Johnny as my insurance agent. He did a great job and I truly appreciate his help.
