  The most incompetent brokerage I’ve ever worked with. Switched to save some money and my rates have doubled within a year. Called them up to talk about my fired agent who screwed me with multiple issues and a flagged account (Had a fun few months with letters threatening to cancel my policy because of the wrong documents being submitted by their agent), and they buried their head in the sand and pretended their company didn’t help with the policy at all even though I only talked to their agent until the second cancellation notice. Save yourself some headaches and find an agency with a backbone that actually cares about their clients, because they are losing one with this unacceptable response. Edit after Owner's Reply, I did talk to Jamie the day of this review and he was quite demeaning, acting like I was lying to his face or was too stupid to even know where I went to get insurance last year. After my review, he called back again and was quite a different character and apologetic after he saw that I was actually right (Had to waste multiple hours that night to prove it, but I did). Needless to say, he and your other agents wasted more of my time (do any of you actually communicate with each other? Because I had to explain my whole story to everyone I had to deal with). I have basically been ghosted by them since last week and have found an agent that actually cares about me and my business, and I recommend every potential client to do the same.

  Very friendly service answered all my questions very promptly
