- SBSarah BrownJul 9, 20221.0Allstate keeps raising my rates even though I have never had a claim. After 3 years of being a loyal customer and paying my bills on time, I think it’s time to move on. I had USAA for years and years prior to AllState and I never had these increases. I was told to take the safe driving course to reduce my premium. I paid for the course out of my own pocket and it took me several hours to complete. The pay off was a few dollars off a month. Not worth my time!!!
