Never even met this person. He’s apparently my “Agent”, but I don’t even know where he is located.
I was sideswiped in April and notified my insurance. They set up an appointment with a body shop and I was able to get repairs started on my vehicle. They told me I could pay my deductible and get reimbursed when they were paid by the other person”s insurance company. I got a letter from Allstate saying they are deciding whether or not I get my deductible paid back to me. That’s a crock when they received payment from the other person’s insurance company. Allstate seems to be going down the wrong path with customers. I’ve been with them for a looong time and obviously they don’t realize there are other options for insurance. I’ve met so many others who feel the same. We’re tired of paying high premiums and getting swindled when a claim is made against our policy. It’s been 4 months and still no reimbursement for my deductible paid.
