- TDTimberly DavisJan 15, 20262.0I was told one thing from the rep that setup my auto policy regarding a refund since added my vehicle to my policy resulted in a credit. Now I am being told that no refund will be issued but a credit will be on my account. My mortgage company paid the higher policy on 1/6/26 and the difference should be returned to me. I am not interested in a credit sitting on your books for a year. This is not a good customer experience especially when you are paid on time.
