  Great customer service from Oriana quintero. I honestly was shopping around for a better quote with many insurance companies, but wasn't able to find something fair and cheaper. Oriana was able to find me a better quote and fair the same day I contacted her. I save thousands of dollars thanks to Oriana.

  I called Ceacey Hardy today to get the policy numbers I needed to pay my Auto, Homeowner and Umbrella policies. I needed these policy numbers to pay these online at my new bank. She so helpful and took the time to look up the numbers for all my policies. She provided excellent customer service. I know that whatever information I need, I can always count on Ceacey.

  At a high-level view, they are very professional, competent, and knowledgeable - what you really are looking for. But they are much, much more than that. They are truly there for you in many ways. In the recent past we had a big issue, and they were right in it, making sure we were being properly handled, keeping us informed, and doing things to ensure our claim process was properly and quickly handled.
