- HOHeather OlsonFeb 7, 20252.0Most of the time, I call Allstate. Most of Desirae's work has been done by her mom, who is the receptionist, not a licensed agent. The last time I needed to talk to her, she was unavailable. Doesn't answer the phone or is never in the office. I wasn't happy when your mother told me my car would always be salvaged and have a salvaged title. Others also disagree with me. My car passed the private inspection after I fixed it myself! The way I was treated made me feel disrespected. With a rebuilt title, it is now legal to drive on the road. It is appropriate to have insurance. It feels like they aren't there for the customers but for the money. You should look elsewhere or find another agent.
