Steven spent time explaining all the details of my current insurance and where it could be improved and took time to insure I fully understood every detail. I wasn't even considering changing what I currently have, but after she showed me how I could not only improve my coverage but also save money, it was a no-brainer. Through the process, it was obvious that Lori had my family's best interest in mind and that her primary goal was simply to help. She did just that while also raising the standard of what I consider to be exceptional, above and beyond customer service. Never did I feel rushed or as if I had stupid questions. On the contrary, I felt cared for. What more could you ask for today?
