- AHAllison HugoOct 7, 20251.0I have called 4 times trying to cancel my policies and every time I am told it will be done and nothing happens. Finally my North Carolina agent just canceled the auto policy because she has been getting alerts that I have an active Georgia policy. I have sent the required documentation by email to an agent at the office, no response, no action. My homeowners policy is still not cancelled & refunded. I'm so over this. Honestly they were great when I got my policies in 2023, I don't know what happened...

This office has cost me in fees and fines due to the lack of follow through. When I finally had enough and left, they hit me with a parting shot of $92. When asked to waive this fee, I was told he doesn't pay bribes. What bribe, just wanted to have the fee waived! Will pay it, but buyer beware.
