  I have been with Allstate Insurance for about two years now, and my agent, Brandon Storey, has been absolutely the best! His customer service is top tier — he’s always available whenever I have questions or concerns. Brandon went above and beyond by checking to see if I qualified for the preferred system to help me save money. He successfully moved me to the preferred system, saving me over $60 per month on insurance for two vehicles. If you’re looking for a great agent who truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Brandon Storey!

  They were super friendly and helpful when I started my policy but after that things went downhill fast. I canceled online on 05/30 once my daughter reached driving age and the rates were going to be twice as much as what a competitor could offer. On 06/03 I received a notice that the automatic payment would process soon. I sent an email to Waymon Storey regarding the issue and no response. In July I received another notice of an unpaid balance so I sent another email to Waymon Storey and copied his assistant on 07/22. Again I never received a reply. Today I was going through my emails and found in junk mail a notice of an outstanding balance. I sent an email once again to Waymon Storey and copied his assistant. I always send emails so I have proof that I reached out, there is no proof of the conversation and request with a phone call. Since they haven't bothered to help me in the past emails I decided to reach out to customer support. Customer service, Abhishek was the rep, told me that my policy was never canceled and I still have an outstanding balance. Abhishek also told me that the agent can't help you cancel your policy, you have to go through customer service. I asked why even bother having an agent if the agent can't help. It seems like the only thing agents do is sale the policy and sit back collecting commission. I provided proof of my email on 06/03 and Abhishek back dated my cancelation to that date. I would never suggest anybody to use Allstate but if you do avoid an agent and stick with customer service only.

  My experience with Allstate Insurance has been very smooth. Graylin Ward, my Insurance Agent was able to find several new policies to cover autos and homes. He is very knowledgeable in a complicated industry and made the application process easy to complete. I signed up for insurance coverage for three autos and two homes.
