  I know the car Insurance is very expensive these days. I was looking for insurance and the agent Stephon Moore was very helpful, he was kind and very patient with all my questions. Thank you Stephon for helping me save some money.

  My agent Stephon was very helpful. He listened to what I wanted and made sure that I had just that. He was patient, he was knowledgeable and helpful. He is definitely an asset to the company.

  They were super aggressive in getting me to sign up for coverage. Idris was persistent in helping me. I had a family emergency my coverage lapped I made the payment and still received no assistance. I was told by the Manager here Mr Storey that he would help me get a new policy but he dodged me and continued to hang up when i called and never returned my phone calls. Glad I was able to switch to progessive with lower monthly rates and better customer service.

  I am delighted to join this Allstate family. My proposal was fairly priced and the customer service Christian gave and gives me as an agent is wonderful. I know who my agent is and I feel very valued as a customer. I would recommend using this agency for all of your insurance needs because they follow up, and check in from time to time just to see if there is anything they can do further to help with any insurance needs or questions. It makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE to know I have someone I can call and they will get right back to me in a timely manner ready to help in any way they can.

  In 1 year they increased my price by 91% even though I had zero claims. When I called and cancelled my insurance, instead of getting a refund, they continued to bill me and change additional fees. I have called this office multiple times and I never got a response even after leaving messages. The only way to communicate with this office is through the call centers where the person on the other end of the line barely speaks English. Do not waste your time or money on this company. At best, they're bad at their jobs, at worst, the are neglectful and manipulative crooks.
