  I meant to make this post last month, but it escaped me bc of the holidays. I had a billing issue on a weekend that I could not resolve until Monday. Ciara went out of her way to get the issue cleared up and was able to update me with a better policy! Thanks again for your help!

  Extremely unprofessional. I submitted a request to cancel my policy effective immediately on November 7th. The insurance agent did not submit it until November 11th. I called and spoke with a different agent to make them aware I submitted my request on the above date but the agent did what she wanted and submitted it days later. I was told they would submit a claim to backdate it and that someone would call me with an update. Never received an update and I still don’t know if they actually backed dated the termination of my policy. Mind you I was paying for car insurance with 2 companies at the same time. They asked for proof of my new policy to submit a request to backdate, I provided it. I told them I could also provide them with the email showing my request of the termination. I canceled my policy because I was told a certain price but was paying more than I agreed on. I do not recommend this company at all. If the service was better I would’ve considered staying, but absolutely not. A different agent acted as though she was going to take on the problem and assist me moving further, but she did not. I do not recommend Tammy or Taniyah.

  The Allstate app is a good feature as well as drive wise. Too bad you got rid of the points system, those were fun although I didn't win.

  I have been treated with the utmost respect. My insurance rates are good. It has been a pleasure working with my agents now in the future.
