    Andrew Lawrence was the gentleman who assisted me with my auto needs. I was with Progressive and their rates were going up drastically. While looking around, Andrew contacted me and assisted me in more ways than one and the experience was so pleasant and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and takes his job and his clients very seriously. He was a blessing to work with and would recommend him to anyone.     Mithferson seemed very professional. Other staff as well. When we originally came in to get insurance, the young lady was dressed very unprofessionally. But we still signed up nonetheless. Be aware though, supposedly if you pay your monthly premium and it is canceled, supposedly it will not be reinstated or your premium will double. Supposedly. I attempted to go through corporate and spoke with Ladonna. Whom was so condescending, unprofessional, wouldn't allow us to speak on the line and was so rude. She obviously was having a bad day but too bad her reflections of her job were thrown onto us. We found a great rate with another insurance company. Just be cautious with Allstate.

    Aaron is definitely a top-notch agent when it comes to party knowledge and definitely in the service area. Ironically, I’m an insurance agent with over 30 years experience in the life,health accident and sickness, side of the insurance industry., he has always listen to my situation and help me and if you made a promise to return my phone, call or call me back on a certain day, he always follow through. He seems like a young man who definitely gives his clients 100% every phone call. We are on a first name basis along with Joseph, who is his Manager and agency owner. I’ve been very happy with Allstate and their employees.
