She is easily the best agent I ever had in my 67 trips around the sun. She and Kaitlin do a wonderful job. Always quick to respond and helpful no matter the question. AllState pretty standard but Mischel and crew exceed all expectations. Please give them a chance.

I found her to be very persuasive, Yet not pushy or overly aggressive which turned me off about a fellow coworker so much so that it turned me against Allstate. She restored my faith in Allstate. Also I had very positive dealings over the phone with Mischel who was extremely helpful, determin d and willing to get to the bottom of my dilemma.
