  If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to get a hold of her office for 3 weeks now. I live in a different state and need to cancel the home insurance on the house my ex-wife now owns. However, no one in her office ever answers the phone, replies to voicemail, or replies to emails. I shouldn’t have to catch a flight out there to go to her office in person. Whenever I call AllState corporate, they say I have to deal directly with her in order to cancel a policy. Allstate, this agent is really terrible. You need to kick her off your corp roster!

  I would NEVER recommend this agent to anyone she has the worst customer service experience ever. Juliana never answers the phone or emails. I hated my experience here I’m finally gone she would never transfer my policy to another agent

  When I purchased my new home in November, I sought out Juliana Smith’s services. My homeowner’s insurance was paid in full for the year at my closing. Unfortunately, from the start, she was not customer-service friendly, and the attorneys had to repeatedly request the same information from her during the process. In February, I discovered she had written multiple policies—three, in fact—on my home. I contacted her, and she replied via text saying she would “take care of it.” In May, I received a cancellation notice. When I reached out again, she admitted it was her error and assured me she would fix it. By July, I was contacted by a collection agency regarding a balance due to Allstate. Corporate confirmed the policy had been canceled in May. The agent became unresponsive, forcing me to escalate to corporate and involve several other agents. I had to file a formal complaint before corporate finally canceled all duplicate policies and moved funds around. However, they could not reinstate my coverage—again citing her error—leaving my home uninsured from May until now. Because of her carelessness, I had to secure new homeowner’s insurance with another company at an additional cost of over $1,000 compared to my original policy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agent for home, auto, or any insurance service. She was incompetent, careless, and unresponsive—and Allstate’s corporate handling was equally disappointing. I have texts, and emails as proof. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Commissioner of Insurance.

  I was looking to save a few dollars on my car insurance. I switched to Allstate and Miss Juliana saved me $84 a month. The coverage was better as well. Miss Juliana was kind, friendly and patient with us. I highly recommend this young woman. She is good people.
