She will have a team member reach out to answer inquires... eventually. I've been waiting exactly 14 days for her to answer a simple question about our policy renewal with no acknowledgement. We are currently shopping around due to bad customer service.

Everytime I call Valerie Randolph and her team, they are very professional and I get every question answered. I don't go into a recording and black hole waiting for a reply. I highly recommend Valerie and her team for any of your insurance needs (life, home, auto, etc.). Please use Allstate's DriveWise app. It's worth it. I consider the DriveWise app my companion for safety and security to always know my whereabouts not to mention the savings I receive on my rates.
