- IGIra GonzalezNov 24, 20251.0Horrible agent, Doesn’t provide good service. Customers call to cancel because they do not get call back or cancellation done in time. She tells hers agents to not cancel to quality for her numbers. As an agent working for her she discriminate every except her prefer agent. I would do 150 calls a day and her prefer agent 30 a day. I quit and she would not pay me my full commission. Refuse to provide proof of my sales. Horrible and rude to employee and would never speak to customer to save them. Said she has no time to talk to customer. I would never in a million year recommend her. This is why nobody works for her.

He chose the best insurance deal that was best for me at a low cost, and even gave me discounts. To be honest it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance company. If I could give 10 stars I would. I am definitely going to refer my friends and family to All State for sure.
