I recently moved to Georgia from Florida. For years I had an insurance policy with another carrier and was a little apprehensive about changing over to State Farm. My wife and I had previously secured a policy with State Farm for our home insurance, so it seemed like the right choice to continue with State Farm for my car insurance.
The agent that handled everything for both my home and car insurance was Kiana Wright. Ms. Wright was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her effervescent personality, combined with her knowledge and efficiency to put the policy in place as quickly as possible was rather impressive and greatly appreciated.
She even tried to help me navigate the car registration system here in Georgia, which is much different than in Florida, and at one point called me a few days later, to check and see how I made out? At that point, I had completed the process, but nonetheless, it was very nice of her to check on me. So with that being said, I highly recommend the Matt Frye Insurance Agency and Kiana Wright!
