Each was efficient, mindful of my time, and I could hear a smile in their voices. The rates were much better than I'd been receiving from a top company that I'd insured with for 6+ years and better than the other 3 companies I'd shopped. I HATE shopping insurance; each outreach takes 30+ minutes...not with these 2. I am so appreciative of their effectiveness my family is bringing their policies over also! Who knew securing insurance could be a delightful experience?
