  I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my insurance company. They are attempting to charge me for individuals who are not at my address. It appears that my insurance representative may have inadvertently included them in my policy, and I did not consent to this. Now, they are trying to charge me $10 to remove these individuals from my policy. This is clearly the representative’s fault, and I expect them to rectify this issue promptly.
