  Taurus has gone above and beyond any other insurance agency I’ve ever used to ensure I’m getting the most coverage at the best price, year after year. You won’t find another independent agency that will work harder for you. Ahead of renewal my agent, Ryan, reaches out to find out if my personal situation has changed that could take my rates up or down. Ryan shops multiple carriers and gives honest, first-hand experience for the best move for my family. If you’ve never had an independent agent before, now is the time and Taurus should be at the top of you list.

  I have NEVER encountered a company as incompetent, careless, and money-grabbing as Taurus Insurance. Avoid them like the plague. They demanded a mountain of documents to approve a claim. I had to dig back 2.5 years for the original proof of purchase, and then spent three weeks proving usage — all while dealing with clueless, unhelpful staff. Finally, they approved the claim… only to insist I send my device for “repair” instead of replacing it. Then it got worse. They gave me the wrong tracked postage details, so I returned my device via ParcelLock. Now, 37 days later, my device is lost in Royal Mail, and guess what? Royal Mail says the claim must come from Taurus, not me. That’s right — Taurus’s mistake has literally stolen my £1,000+ device, caused immense mental stress, and wasted over a month of my life. This company is nothing but money-grabbing looters. They take your premiums, take your excess, and deliver nothing but frustration, lies, and incompetence. Customer service is a joke. Staff are clueless. Processes are broken. My advice: do NOT touch this company with a ten-foot pole. They will ruin your life before you even realize it. Taurus Insurance, you are the worst, most useless company imaginable.

  worst insurance company ever, do not buy Gadget insurance from them, seems like one of the insurance companies that takes money but looks for excuses to reject your claims when you need them i have peding claim for my phone lost, and so many unimportant and silly questions i have been asked, which shows their intentions. You contact CS they are as unhelpful. A simple suggestion is to DO NOT BUY YOUR GADGET INSURANCE FROM THEM, or from post office insuracne
