- RSryan sills2 days ago5.0I was apprehensive about claiming with these guys, but after jumping through the hoops (I'm sure you'd have you'd have to jump through with any insurance company) They were faultless. I had a samsung zflip 7 that had a damaged screen. And within 2 weeks of sending my phone in I had it back as good as new. Only negative is that they cleared my phone back to factory reset mode, after asking them not to. But thankfully I had everything backed up. So no biggie, it was a present I'm glad I've got sorted. Thanks a lot guys,
- MAMuhammad Aqdus AhsanDec 29, 20251.0I have NEVER encountered a company as incompetent, careless, and money-grabbing as Taurus Insurance. Avoid them like the plague. They demanded a mountain of documents to approve a claim. I had to dig back 2.5 years for the original proof of purchase, and then spent three weeks proving usage — all while dealing with clueless, unhelpful staff. Finally, they approved the claim… only to insist I send my device for “repair” instead of replacing it. Then it got worse. They gave me the wrong tracked postage details, so I returned my device via ParcelLock. Now, 37 days later, my device is lost in Royal Mail, and guess what? Royal Mail says the claim must come from Taurus, not me. That’s right — Taurus’s mistake has literally stolen my £1,000+ device, caused immense mental stress, and wasted over a month of my life. This company is nothing but money-grabbing looters. They take your premiums, take your excess, and deliver nothing but frustration, lies, and incompetence. Customer service is a joke. Staff are clueless. Processes are broken. My advice: do NOT touch this company with a ten-foot pole. They will ruin your life before you even realize it. Taurus Insurance, you are the worst, most useless company imaginable.

You contact CS they are as unhelpful. A simple suggestion is to DO NOT BUY YOUR GADGET INSURANCE FROM THEM, or from post office insuracne
